U.S. Infrastructure Gets a D+ Rating

D+ Grade For U.S. Infrastructure
This year in Las Vegas, the aggregate and construction industries gathered for the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Associations annual convention to evaluate the U.S. infrastructure. (See the graphic to the right)
